Hey there! I have a lot I want to share with you this week, so I decided to put it all together here. This will be my first hodgepodge post, so please let me know how you like it!
Back in January, I wrote this post on getting your groove back after an exercise slump. I was extremely excited to see it published on one of my favorite sites, MindBodyGreen. I wrote a follow-up piece, but I did not have the same luck with that one on MindBodyGreen. I am a little bummed about that, but I still think it’s valuable, so I wanted to share it with you right here! I do hope you enjoy it and find value in it, too!
On another note, I wrote this piece for The Good Men Project. It was nice to have a post published with them since I haven’t for a while. It’s about all the ways we try to force others to submit to our wills and vice versa. If nothing else, I hope it provides you with some food for thought and a little entertainment.
The last thing I want to share with you is a post I read this week by a fellow Good Men Project contributor, Mark Groves. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since I read it! His way of thinking about relationships could benefit us all in creating better ones and making it easier to let go of the ones that no longer serve us or anyone involved. Major paradigm shift! I love it when that happens!
